📄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shreeji Astrology Spell, we strive to provide the best guidance and consultation services. However, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Consultation Services

• Once a consultation is booked and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded after the session has been conducted.

• If you cancel before the scheduled consultation, you may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting service/processing charges).

2. Digital Services / Reports

• Astrology reports, remedies, or any digital content once delivered are non-refundable.

3. Service Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to astrologer’s availability.

4. Technical Issues

• If a consultation could not be completed due to technical issues at our end, we will either reschedule or provide a full refund.
